GlobalX Information Services, a leading Australian provider of information and legal software solutions, has acquired the business of National Data Centre (NDC).
NDC, a Perth based information broker, entered into agreement with GlobalX Information in August, 2007. Formal settlement occurred on Friday, 14th December 2007.
General Manager for GlobalX, Julie-Ann Crossley, believes that NDC’s product offering, staff culture & market focus make it a natural fit for GlobalX Information. More importantly, it will provide the opportunity to deliver improved service and benefits to customers of both organisations.
At this point, there will be no changes to the NDC website access or service. Over the next few months, GlobalX Information will be developing a new NDC website & searching portal, which will provide all customers with an increased product and service range to ensure continuing relevance to each of our customers’ business information needs.
By this notice the go forward rights and obligations of National Data Centre Pty Ltd ABN 45 096 767 903 are transferred and assigned to NDC Pty Ltd & GlobalX Information Services Pty Ltd. The NDC Terms and Conditions have also been updated.

GlobalX online services are available 24/7 and are supported by our National Customer Care Centre (NCCC) which is serviced by a team of professional staff from 6am – 8:30pm (AEST), Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday via email service. All calls are taken personally by experienced staff with no voicemail or on-hold services.
