Our fully trained settlement agents work diligently on every matter to ensure your settlement bookings run smoothly. As a NSW OSR Approved Settlement Room, we also offer on-the-spot stamping, land tax requests and registrations.

What sort of settlement and stamping services do we offer?

• Settlement booking - using our online service, you are able to book settlements 24 hours a day. These are reviewed and accepted during our extended office hours of 6:00am to 8:00pm EST, which is the longest in the industry. Our in-house agents will facilitate your bookings in metropolitan Sydney and Brisbane (which can also be arranged in our dedicated settlement rooms), whilst we leverage our extensive agent network to facilitate settlement bookings in other areas.
• Stamping and Land Tax - with LegalinX, there's no waiting around in long queues or for your documents to be returned by mail. We offer on-the-spot stamping, via our secure online stamping system whereby documents are processed with an instant response from the OSR. Our friendly, expert team have been fully trained in OSR procedures and we have been stamping documents on an agency basis for over 35 years.
• Registrations - your matters are managed professionally and efficiently. We use a sophisticated recording, tracking and reporting system for all documents being lodged at the land titles offices. Your matters are tracked throughout the process of lodgement, requisitions (if any) and registration, and we keep you full informed of their status at all times.
